KIPP Stockton Elementary School
C/S Broward partnered with KIPP Public Schools Northern California to bring a brand-new elementary school campus to life in South Stockton. This project supports KIPP’s mission of expanding access to high-quality education in historically underserved communities.
Work began with a full site development package, including grading and drainage, new underground utilities, a staff and visitor parking lot, concrete flatwork, landscaping, and building pad preparation to make way for the new campus.
The new school includes a wood-frame Administration and Multipurpose Building and four modular classroom wings, all designed to create a welcoming, student-centered learning environment. From day one, this project was driven by KIPP’s goal of creating a safe, inspiring place for young learners to grow.
The result is a modern, TK–4 campus that gives students, families, and teachers the facilities they need to thrive—built with care, purpose, and community in mind.
