Working on a 9-month schedule, Clark/Sullivan Construction delivered a 13,670 square foot one-story masonry and steel structure with distinctive brick veneer. To ensure the project came started on schedule, C/S collaborated with local utility entities to draft a site utility plan that met site constraints and local building codes. We then gained approval from all the involved agencies to keep the project moving. n
