From the late 80s to early 2000s, Clark/Sullivan Construction delivered 16 new elementary schools to Washoe County School District throughout the Reno/Sparks area.

The new schools included:

2. Silver Lake Elementary School (1989)
3. Hidden Valley Elementary School (1989)
4. Westergard Elementary School (1989)
5. Huffaker Elementary School (1990)
6. Caughlin Elementary School (1990)
7. Smith Elementary School (1990)
8. Taylor Elementary School (1990)
9. Dodson Elementary School (1990)
10. Allen Elementary School (1991)
11. Moss Elementary School (1991)
12. Bud Beasley Elementary School (1995)
13. Desert Heights Elementary School (1996)
14. Donner Springs Elementary School (1997)
15. Esther Bennett Elementary School (1998)
16. Rollan Melton Elementary School (2002)

Due to aggressive scheduling, each of the projects were completed in less than 12 months and ahead of schedule.
