This energy-efficient two-story CMU facility houses overflow for the Municipal Court and Detention Center. Site improvements over the 8.25 acres of land included a 442-space parking lot, drought-tolerant landscaping, and a large monument sign.

Although the contracted project schedule was more than 16 months, Clark/Sullivan Construction improved the schedule by eight weeks to have the project completed in just 14 months.

The center has facilities for:

• 800 short-term inmates from agencies in and around the State of Nevada
