The Lone Eagle Grille is a premier restaurant of the Hyatt Hotel Casino of Lake Tahoe with panoramic views. The lakeshore is just a few steps away from the Grille’s outdoor dining deck.

Before construction could begin, an existing restaurant was demolished, including the removal of existing footings, utilities and surrounding pavement. All work was performed with environmental concern for nearby natural landscape, lake water quality and safety for the enjoyment of adjacent water sports. Working throughout an early winter season and extreme conditions to be expected in the high Sierra, Clark/ Sullivan maintained a demanding schedule.

The Lone Eagle Grille consists of 7,000 square feet of meeting rooms with convention area, large wooden trusses with exterior and interior eld stonework accents and a massive stone replace that serves to separate the dining and bar areas. n
