Clark/Sullivan Construction (C/S) teamed-up with Joint Venture Partners, United Building Contractors (UBC), to construct the new 28,000 square-foot Loma Vista School for Chico Uni ed School District.

The new campus is dedicated to serving CUSD’s special needs students. Campus features include:

• Large Playground with High-Quality Turf
• Efficient Pick-Up / Drop-O Loop for Easy Parent Access
• Bright Interior Color Schemes

Loma Vista School was constructed while its neighboring Marigold School was also under construction by the C/S + UBC team.
