C/S completed the Arcade Middle School project, which is the fourth replacement campus completed for SJUSD. This project has transformed the campus with new classroom buildings, a Science and Makers Space, an Administration and Library building, and a Multipurpose building, all while keeping the campus operational.

Our estimating team played a pivotal role in the Arcade project, successfully managing the budgeting process from start to finish. Our initial Schematic Design (SD) budget closely aligned with the final GMP, deviating by a mere 0.4%, showcasing our team’s exceptional ability to budget and plan for complex campus modernizations accurately.
