Tom Dolan delighted local construction workers at the Dolan Lexus Topping Out Celebration by saying he’s “never seen bricks go up as fast or iron go up as fast.” The 70,800 square foot facility is about 45% complete and on course for completion in August 2015.

The Dolan family saluted all involved, stressing the high caliber of Design Build team of MBA Architects, Clark/Sullivan, and all the local subcontractors.

In my 33 years in business, I’ve never seen an owner with this level of commitment to doing business locally. We are working only with local companies, and that provides a significant economic impact to our community.

Topping out is an important tradition for local construction workers on site, especially the team from Martin Iron. It gives us a chance to salute the team for being safe and doing quality work.

Having designers, iron workers, subcontractors, Clark/Sullivan employees and the Dolans celebrating together was fun. We were all impressed that the Dolan team cooked the steaks!
