  • Design-Bid-Build
    • Design-Bid-Build is the conventional process wherein the owner contracts for the design directly. Once the design is finalized the project is bid, allowing several contractors to submit bids for construction of the project. This process requires the owner to contract independently for design and construction and may require the owner to facilitate any disputes.
