The Gold Ranch Casino required renovation of its 2,500 SF bar area, yet needed to maintain ongoing around-the-clock operations. Located on bustling Interstate 80 near the Nevada-California state line, the Gold Ranch Casino welcomes travelers year-round with automotive services, restaurants, gaming and a mini-mart. This eight-week project included the removal of well casings around a 1,200-foot deep well, the installation of specialty ceiling panels, some new brightly colored interiors and the use of neon accents. Clark & Sullivan completed this project on time and under budget actually returning project dollars to the owner!
