When Caesars Palace Las Vegas decided to remodel its Centurion Suites, they hired Clark & Sullivan Constructors to do the job within a tight time frame. With the holiday season approaching, Caesars had already rented the high-end suites to its casino VIPs and requested an accelerated schedule to meet their occupancy needs. The project consisted of more than 19,000 square-feet of space with high-end finishes. The new Centurion Suites feature cherry wood flooring, tile, granite, marble and gold plated fixtures imported from Europe. Each suite was also completely remodeled from the framing and drywall to plumbing, electrical and mechanical. The Clark & Sullivan team worked diligently, using the expertise of the project’s superintendent and other crewmembers to meet and exceed the expectations of the client. In order to complete the project on time, a great deal of coordination between the design team, general contractor, owner, sub-contractors and Caesars’ engineering staff was required. The project was completed in time for the holidays.
