The remodel of the Accounting, Financial Planning/Management Information Systems and Surveillance Departments at Caesars Palace Las Vegas was a great example of Clark & Sullivan’s ability to complete jobs while overcoming a variety of obstacles. The establishment’s former employee dining area and kitchen was to become the new setting for these offices. The remodel of these support departments consisted of 17, 549 square feet for the Accounting office, 3,608 for Financial Planning/Management Information Systems and 3,090 for Surveillance. Clark & Sullivan worked amongst a variety of additional remodels and demolition projects, all in close proximity to this project. Careful attention to detail was necessary to ensure the safety of the crews and the successful completion of the job. Crews worked closely with Caesars’ engineering department to ensure a smooth process. Clark & Sullivan was able to successfully finish the project, despite working within short time periods each day in order to avoid disturbing hotel guests.
