Clark & Sullivan has been building health care projects over 25 years. We completed more than 100 medical projects with construction costs varying from $500,000 to $318 Million dollars. In addition to building new medical centers and hospitals, we also have vast experience in remodeling existing hospitals. We completely understand that during additions and remodels a hospital must continue providing a wide range of services and supporting many different users and stakeholders.
The significant needs of the medical facility require strict compliance, not only to the general construction design, but to the areas in which patient treatment will be performed. We have the special understanding and experience necessary for working in this exacting environment. Critical systems must remain functional; we will investigate the facility to understand all operational systems and conduct pre-task planning sessions with hospital facility staff prior to any potentially associated activities. We pay particular attention to how noise and dust created by construction affect healthcare workers, patients and visitors. We seek the best solution for minimizing these disruptions.
