Clark & Sullivan is proud of our completing over 50 Lease-Leaseback projects in Northern California. We strongly believe in the Lease Leaseback process and how it helps the client and their community to build a great project.
For every lease leaseback we have done, we have given subcontractor approval to the architect and District; even when they didn't ask for it. We have been introduced to some great firms and we benefited as a company. Districts have been able to use local firms they have trusted for years, and this has helped to keep money in the local community, which is so important these days.
Since 2001, Clark & Sullivan has been able to pass on incredible savings to the School Districts that we have worked with. Clark & Sullivan has saved our Lease Lease-Back clients over $17 million in cost savings! Many times the schools are able to use these savings for additional projects, thereby saving them additional time and money. We are extremely proud of our ability to save schools the critical funds that are so necessary to the education of our children.
