Clark and Sullivan Construction Awarded Design Build Project for Ashland Youth Center


(Sacramento, CA) – Clark and Sullivan Construction announced today it has been awarded a contract to design and build the Ashland Youth Center, located at 16335 East 14th Street in Alameda County. The $13 million, Design Build, LEED Platinum project will provide recreational, educational, health care, and job training services to the youth in the unincorporated city of Ashland.

Work on the Ashland Youth Center will include 33,000 square foot of new construction that is part of a larger complex providing a multi-use gym, track and field facilities and public park. Clark & Sullivan has teamed with NTD Architects, Beuhler & Beuhler Structural Engineers, Glumac, Schetter Electric, Airco Mechanical, Green Building Systems, and Wood Rodgers to design and build the youth center. Construction is scheduled to begin July 2011 and be complete August 2012.
