The project contract amount is $872,000 consisting of new finishes, structural steel frame for the new mechanical unit, casework, glass and glazing, medical gas, plumbing and HVAC. Sparks based Clark & Sullivan completed work on an American Disabilities Act retrofit project for the state of Nevada Public Works Board at the Western Nevada College campus in Carson City. The project was completed in seven months without disruption of the working campus. The $1.7 million project included demolition of existing ramps and chair lifts allowing improved handicap access to the 22,000 square foot building. These campuses include Main Avenue Elementary, Taylor Street Elementary, Robla Elementary, Bell Elementary, and Glenwood Elementary.
