History of Clark & Sullivan
Clark & Sullivan is a general contractor founded in 1981 by Dave Clark and B.J. Sullivan in Reno, Nevada. In 1994, Clark & Sullivan expanded its operation to include an office in the Las Vegas market, and in 2000, another office was established in Sacramento to handle the requirements of the Northern California market.

Since its inception, Clark & Sullivan has been an employee owned, privately held company with an outside Board of Directors. In 1994, the company introduced an innovative Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to provide every employee with a vested financial interest. This fosters a spirit of camaraderie and teamwork, allowing employees the empowerment to work toward common goals and make decisions benefiting Clark & Sullivan’s reputation and supporting our values.
